We collect information directly from you when you register for a challenge or submit ride data for verification:

• Rider Details: Full Name, Email Address, Mobile Number, Age, and City.
• Emergency Details: Name and contact phone of your emergency contact.
• Motorcycle Details: Make & Model, and Registration Number.
• Attempt Details: Preferred attempt date, selected challenge level, and completed attempt GPS track links, odometer readings, and timestamp photos.

2. PAYMENT INFORMATION SECURITY

All online registration payments are processed securely through our payment gateway provider, Razorpay. Iron Miles India does not collect, capture, or store any sensitive payment credentials (such as credit/debit card numbers, CVVs, UPI PINs, or net banking passwords). Razorpay manages all billing flows securely under PCI-DSS compliance.

3. HOW WE USE YOUR DETAILS

We use the collected information to:

• Verify your challenge completion and update the public Roll of Honor.
• Issue and print your unique Rider ID and achievement certification.
• Coordinate emergency communications if necessary.
• Send transaction confirmation emails and shipping updates for finisher kits.

4. DATA SHARING & THIRD PARTIES

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to marketing third parties. We share details only with trusted service partners:

• Payment gateways (Razorpay) to process registration fees.
• Logistics/courier services to ship certifications and physical medals/patches.
• Regulatory or law enforcement authorities if required by law or to investigate claims of speed violation.
