Welcome to Iron Miles India. These Terms and Conditions govern your registration, attempt, and participation in the motorcycle endurance challenges hosted or verified by Iron Miles India. By registering for or attempting an Iron Miles challenge, you agree to comply with these terms.

1. SAFETY & ASSUMPTION OF RISK

You acknowledge that long-distance motorcycle riding is an inherently dangerous activity that involves risks of property damage, personal injury, or death. You voluntarily assume all risks associated with your attempt. Iron Miles India provides only validation and listing services; we do not organize, marshal, route, or coordinate your attempt. You are riding entirely at your own risk.

2. COMPLIANCE WITH LAWS

You must obey all local, state, and national traffic laws, including speed limits, traffic signals, and licensing requirements. Any evidence of speed limit violation (detected in GPS tracks, timestamps, or checkpoints) or reckless riding will lead to immediate disqualification and a permanent ban.

3. RIDER REPRESENTATIONS

By registering, you represent that: (a) you are at least 18 years old; (b) you possess a valid driver's license for a motorcycle with gear; (c) your motorcycle is in excellent mechanical condition and meets all legal roadworthiness, registration, insurance, and emission criteria in India; and (d) you are in good physical and mental health.

4. ATTEMPT VERIFICATION

Iron Miles India reserves the sole right to review, audit, verify, or reject any submission. Our decision regarding completion status, Rider ID assignment, and Honor Roll listing is final and binding. Submissions with missing, forged, or altered data (GPS files, photos, receipts) will be rejected.

5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All materials on this website, including logos, designs, typography, brand names, and digital content, are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce or use the "Iron Miles" logo or name for commercial purposes without prior written consent.
